We ship our physical products (such as poi, hoops, staffs, fans, fire, to most destinations within the United States and internationally. We use reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx,
UPS, or DHL to ship our products.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: This option takes 3-7 business days within the United States and 10-20 business days internationally. - Expedited Shipping: This option takes 1-3 business days within the United States and 5-10 business days internationally. The cost of expedited shipping depends on the weight and size of the package and the destination. You can see the exact cost of expedited shipping at checkout before placing your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. We do not offer free shipping internationally.
We ship our digital products (such as online courses) via email within 24 hours after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a link to access your digital product.
We ship our services (such as workshops,
classes, or events) via email within 24 hours after receiving your booking confirmation. You will receive an email with a confirmation code and instructions on how to join the service.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it is shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
We are not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or errors caused by the carrier or by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders. You are responsible for paying these charges when you receive your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving them,
subject to the following conditions:
