A.V.F.L. would be nothing without each and every team member's passion and drive to grow. We are a fine collective of eclectic individuals that are Driven by the dedication of flow as well as many of the arts that encompass the idea of flow. We are all learning about how sharing inspiration and goals help us to grow together as a community.

We work together from many different areas of strengths and help each other learn new perspectives, as well as expanding what we know as individuals. Doing this allows us to share ideas, knowledge and skills to help uplift one another, and create a community of people whose goal is growth, success, and teamwork.
